| MANAGEMENT THE ADMINISTRATION The Nesamony Memorial Christian College is owned and managed by the Kanyakumari Dioceses of the Church of South India. The Executive Committee of the Diocese appoints the Principal of the College. The College Governing Board, constituted by the Diocese, makes all other appointments subject to the approval of the Executive Committee. The major financial and administrative policies of the College are formulated by the Governing Board. The general administration of the College vests in the Principal. He is assisted by the Vice-Principal in the day-to-day administration of the College. In the absence of the Principal, the Vice-Principal or the authorized Professor in station shall be in charge of the routine affairs of the College. The Principal shall be responsible for supervising, maintenance of the accounts and properties of the College in accordance with the rules stipulated by the University, the Government and the Management. The Heads of Departments will be responsible to the Principal for the organization, co-ordination and smooth running of their departments. THE GOVERNING BOARD
