Rules and Regulations
Issue of Certificates
1. Transfer Certificates will be issued to students who leave the
Institution, only after all the dues are paid.
2. Certificate (Transfer, conduct etc.) will be issued within a week
from the date of application.
3. The principal will not issue a certificate of pass for any
university examination.
4. Fees for the issue of certificates:
a) Issue of Transfer Certificates - Rs. 25
b) Duplicate Transfer Certificate - Rs. 500
c) Any information /certificates from the college records - Rs. 10
