Library is the lifeline of an academic institution . It is of immense help to the academic aspirations of the student community especially hailing from a rural background. the library started functioning from the very inception of the college. the college was inaugurated on 6-8-1964 whereas the first stock register entry was dated 8-8-1964.
The library had a humble beginning in a dilapidated small building. Soon it was shifted to the ground floor of the present Emlyn block. At present the library occupies the right wing along with the central portion of the first floor of the 'Emlyn Block. The library is spacious with four sections: the stack room, the reference section, the reading room and the office.
